Ghost Amber is an experimental documentary in the skin of a ghost story.

It orbits around Ghost Amber – a six foot apparition made entirely from film strips – who drifts through the world of the present, drawn to the presence of celluloid.

Ghost Amber is the new project from film maker Tim Grabham. Following on from his co-directorial documentary features KanZeOn (2011) with Neil Cantwell, The Creeping Garden (2014) with Jasper Sharp, and the experimental short Films To Break Projectors (2017), Ghost Amber is Grabham’s first solo directorial feature, and breaks further away from familiar documentary conventions.
